Founded in 2012 as a single location in Georgia, we have grown to multiple locations spanning 3 states servicing clients from coast to coast in the United States as well as Canada. What is the lead time to be on-boarded?

We have capacity in multiple facilities now and can move as quickly as you are comfortable with! During a phone consultation we can review in detail the steps to transfer your inventory, establish skus in our system, connect shipping interfaces, etc so that you will have a firm understanding of the steps involved for a smooth transition.

Do you offer SLA's for your services.

Absolutely! We have specific SLAs (Service Level Agreement) for every service we provide. You have our word that you will receive nothing but exceptional service but you will also have a document backing it up officially. You will never be charged for a mistake on our part. We also cover mistakes on behalf of the carriers, i.e. UPS, USPS, and Fedex. If they lose or damage your package we will cover the cost!

What is your shipping lead times for pick and pack fulfillment?

Your orders will ship within 24 hours from time of order placement. So essentially same day or 1 business day. If they do not ship within 1 business day you receive 25% off the cost of fulfillment for every day they are late!
